We had a nice 53 mile ride with 1000 ft of climb today. The started with rain so we left our very comfortable pension late and lingered at Rewe (our favorite German grocery store) for a good while. We left with a slight drizzle which ended quickly. We had a memorable afternoon coffee stop in Scharding before riding into Passau. We’ve seen lots of flooding in both towns. Our future is still somewhat unknown.
