Day 34 - Esztrogom to Budapest.

Nice 54 miles into Budapest. The route was varied with parts passing through forest and nature and also through several towns along the way. We crossed back into Slovakia to stay north of the river instead of a direct route on busy roads. We found a Hungarian bakery in Zebegeny and bought sandwiches and a pastry for later in the day. Temps were into the 90’s by the time I reached the city. We’re spending three nights here in a hostel.
