Rain and more rain for the last 4 days. Solar is not happy. I had to buy a cooler and ice to transfer the fridge so the batteries don’t get damaged. I’ve never had to do that before. To compound the problem my campsite at Smokemont campground is completely in shade and generators are not permitted. Managed to get in a challenging ride on the BRP this morning. Planned 40 but aborted at 12 miles after 3600 ft of gain!
