This morning I moved to BLM land on the Merced river just outside Yosemite Valley. I was lucky to find a spot for the weekend on a Friday morning right on the river! I quickly dropped the camper and drove into the park. After a nice lunch I cycled through much of the park to get my bearings, toured the museum and visitors center and planned my next visit. I will return on Sunday for some hiking.
