Today we visited an eco park called Arcotete which is just outside the city of San Cristobal. To get there we had to take a colectivo which is similar to the combis in Morelia. This went pretty smoothly without any hiccups. The relatively small park is on a river up in the mountains and has pretty cool rock formations. We paid the extra 15 pesos to walk up in two the upper parts of the rocks where there are many stalactites and stalagmites.
