Today we started out in high spirits with the sun shining. We rode about 18 miles when we decided to detour through a town. We quickly got lost and navigated down a dirt road which turned to mud. We had to walk the bikes about .5 mile and ended up muddy and discouraged. After cleaning the bikes we treated ourselves to a long lunch in Beaugency. Tonight we are camped outside of Orleans.
